Need some picture editing (1 Viewer)

One of my reps wants to use a "motivational" meme pic in his presentation next week. Only problem is that it contains a few NSFW words. Since our VP is going to be there, I'd rather avoid that. Anyone here able to blur out those words so I can include his pic, get the message across, not get fired, and maybe get a few chuckles due to the censoring?

Easy enough to just do in MS Paint.

For more powerful free editing ("Photoshopping" heads onto bodies, etc) bring out the Gimp...

Thanks. I was hoping for more of a smudge/smear look, but I just used MSPaint and highlighted and cut out the parts to get a similar effect. Much appreciated!
