New 12 Team Dynasty/IDP/PPR league with several openings (1 Viewer)

Experienced (20 plus years) and extremely active dynasty commissioner looking for active owners for new 12 team league. The league will be hosted by RSO. An overview of the rules can be found at the link below.

$35 buy in fee (leaguesafe) plus $10 web hosting fee. 33 player rosters will be filled by 3 round rookie draft followed by live online auction. Each team also has a 4 spot IR. The salary cap shadows the NFL cap - increasing annually as the NFL's cap increases. 

Tentative Payout:

1st - 55%

2nd - 20%

Consolation Winner, Total Points Champ, and each of three division winners 5%.
