Looking for a group of active owners to start a new 12-team, PPR dynasty league. Here's a link to the bylaws http://football27.myfantasyleague.com/2012/options?L=16874&O=26

Highlights are:

- league fees done on Leaguesafe

- WCOFF scoring

- top 3 teams are paid as well as a weekly prize for the highest score to keep things interesting for everyone

- 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 flex (wr/te/rb), K, Def

- $30 a year, with a $15 deposit for the next year

- blind bid waivers with fcfs after that

- commissioner will approve trades but a protest system is written into the bylaws

- teams are allowed to trade rookie picks for this year and 2013
