Hi Guys (and Gals)
I’m starting a new League this year for the hardcore Fantasy Football Fan(atic)s. I’ve been playing Fantasy Football since the early 90’s and was a Commissioner in another Fantasy League for over 10 years. I’m looking for seasoned competitive managers who play more for enjoyment than for the money.
This year, I’d like to offer a league of 3 divisions (much like he NFL) with Playoffs for the 3 Division Champs and 2 wild cards. Best Record gets 1st round Bye. We need 12 to 15 teams…
Here’s the Lineup:
1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1K, 1DST, 1Flex, 5Bench, 2IR
Here’s the Scoring:
Passing 50yds= 1P, Rushing 25yds = 1pt, Receiving 25yds =1pt
TD’s Passing: 3, Rushing 6, Steams = 6 + yardage (if League settings allow)
Int’s/Fumbles: -1, For STeams = +1
K
0-30= 3pts, 31-40= 4pts, 41-50= 5pts, 51+ = 6pts
Missed kicks = -1, XP= +1
I haven’t decided on the Venue just yet. I’ve done Yahoo for so many years. I did CBS Sportsline, but I hear there may be some membership dues. If so, that one is out. ESPN would be the 3rd Option of the Big 3.
It WILL be a cash League. Minimum Dues; $50 with the Prizes going to 1st-3rd. I’d like to do $1 per FA pick up, but if that’s a downer we can skip it. Leaguesafe for the 1st year (at least) makes sense.
The 1st NFL game is on September 5th. I’d like to start the draft on the 3rd or 4rth around 9pm EST. It will be a LIVE draft. This will be a Redraft League.
If this sounds like something you’d like to join drop me a line at thenemy209@yahoo.com. I’ll be posting this on several Chat Boards until the League is filled. Cut off for filling league is 8/31/19. League will open as soon as we have enough recruits, but no later than 9/1/19
