•Prior to the start of the season teams will need to trim down to 25 active and 5 taxi squad players. Date TBD
Starting rosters will consist of the following positions:
Starters:
•11 Total Starters - 1 QB, 2-3 RB, 2-5 WR, 1-3 TE, D/ST, 1-K
This league will use the Best Ball option for setting starting lineups. Which means MFL will set the best lineup possible for team owners active rosters.

In the off season the active roster will be increased to 35 and all players on the taxi squad will be moved to teams active roster. The taxi squad will be turned off at that point and will not be turned back on until the start of the rookie / free agent draft that offseason.
In-Season Free Agency:
•Each team will have $ 200 in blind bidding dollars (BB’s) to use throughout the season. (not real money)
•The blind bidding period runs from Sunday at 1PM to Wed. at 11 PM.
•Then first come first served runs from Wed at 11 PM to Sun at 1 PM.
•Remember each team only gets 200 BB’s for the season, once you run out of them you can only add players during the first come first served period.
Trades:
•Prior to the start up draft and during the draft teams will be allowed to trade draft picks. Trade vote will be turned off during this period. Teams are asked not to hold up the draft when they are on the clock waiting for a great offer.
•After the draft and through the season only players can be traded, no BB’s and no future draft picks..
•During the season trades will be under a 2 day review and will take 50% of the league or better to vote against it for it to get vetoed. Owners are expected to vote on each trade as soon as they can. Trades are subject to being vetoed if half or more owners feel the trade is unbalanced in an unreasonable way, or that possible collusion has taken place.
•If a trade veto does occur then it is final. The owners can try to rework the deal if they choose to.
•The following is regarding any team that "changes their mind" about a trade. All trades are final... if you accept or offer the trade and it is accepted, even by "mistake", it's final. In order to accept a trade you must click on the "accept" button, confirm that you are accepting a trade, and then send the response. So pay attention to what you do! Unless there is reasonable evidence that something went wrong, the trade will not be reversed.
•There is no change in voting deadline time for any Thursday games, so do not expect trades to be rushed for game time, plan accordingly.
•Trade Deadline - Before the start of Week # 10
Draft:
*Once all teams have paid the order will be randomly set through MFL software.
•The player draft will be a 3rd round reversal draft (3RR). 1-16, 16-1, 16-1, 1-16, 16-1 and so on.
•The draft will start on July 23rd at 9:00 AM EST
•The draft will be 30 rounds and will be a slow draft. Draft timer will start at 16 hours and will not pause at all.
•Team owners are expected to draft within a reasonable amount of time after being on the clock. While owners can trade picks when on the clock, they are encouraged not to take the whole on the clock time to search for the perfect deal.
•If / when the timer expires, the system will automatically pick a player for the owner based on the highest-ranked available player, on the owner's "My Draft List" player ranking, and then once that list is exhausted, according to rankings displayed on the ADP page.
•It will be at the commish’s discretion to reduce the draft timer to make sure the draft is completed in a reasonable amount of time. The commish also holds the right to turn off trading during the draft if it appears teams are abusing OTC time trying to deal their pick.
*Future draft orders will be based on the previous years standings and be a straight draft. The draft will be 10 rounds and will include Rookies and free agents.
Regular season schedule:
•The regular season will run week 1 – 16 of the NFL season, there are no playoffs.
•The league will use the all play feature MFL offers. Which means each week you will match up with all other teams in the league.
•With that many games there shouldn’t be any ties will it comes to ranking the teams at the end of the regular season. In case of a tie in the rankings, we will use the info below as tie breakers.
