I'm wanting to start this league and gauging interest. Looking for 12 Dynasty and Devy league fanatics. The devy side will include recruiting players and building towards a National Championship with the more successful and visible your university is the more recruiting budget you'll have for the following year. Your devy team will directly support your professional team as these players will transition to your roster and compete on Sunday's. The pro league will have free agency and expriring contracts. No salary cap at this point just a contract years league. Thinking maybe a $20-30 fee for ownership to pay for website and some prize pool for winners from the season. 



Devy League
- 20 player roster
- 3 player practice squad
- .5ppr basic scoring after that
- 2 QB/2RB/3WR/1TE plus 2R/W/T flex
- No kickers or Defense
- Start up auction 
- Players from all FBS teams
- Off season recruiting periods
- Recruiting budget based on success

Pro league
- 20 player roster
- 7 player taxi squad
- same scoring as college
- 1 QB/1 RB/2WR/1TE 2R/W/T flex, super flex 
- Player contracts
- Free agency
- Rookie draft
- Start up auction
