The brand new National Fantasy Football Syndicate is looking for owners. Here are some of the particulars of the league;

• 12 Team
  
• 53 Man Rosters
  
• 20 Man Starting Lineup (10 Offense, 10 Defense)
  
• No Kickers
  
• IR & Taxi Squad in addition to 53 man roster
  
• Salary Cap / Free Agent Auction
  
• Contract Extensions with player salary demands
  
• Restricted Free Agents, Transition Tags & Franchise Tags
  
• 5th Year Rookie Option
  
• PPR (1 point for all positions except RB which are 0.5 PPR)
  
• 1 point per completion, -1 point per in-completion
  
• Blind Bid Waivers

The league is themed based on the National Crime Syndicate, with each franchise being named after a notorious prohibition era mobster. The annual league fee is $100, handled through leaguesafe. If you are interested in joining, PM me your name and email address and I will send the league safe invitation. Once league safe dues are paid, you will have the option of choosing you franchise on a first come, first serve basis. I will keep the list of available franchises updated below.

Free Agent Auction is scheduled to begin April 30th, dependent on the league filling by then. The rookie draft will be completed separately once the auction is complete. Rookie draft order will be randomized and for the 1st season will be a snake draft format to try and keep things even.

I'm looking to keep it at the $100 mark, just to try and keep owners a little bit more financially invested in the league.

Have you considered adding the rookies to the start up auction just for this year?  Whoever gets the randomized 1.1 is getting a big advantage from the get go.

Hey Punch,

I did consider that, however decided against it and chose to go with a snake for the first rookie draft to try and even it up a little bit. The primary reason I chose to go with that is because some of the other features of the rookie contract get a little bit messy if rookies are auctioned off. The 5th year rookie options and restricted free agent tenders as based off the rookie contract values and not auction values.
