New league starting up - 16 teams, 4 divisions, $200/team full payout less MFL fees. 45 man roster, salary cap, full ipd, taxi squad, BBW, initial 30 player per team auction draft followed by 7 round rookie draft.

20% of Prize Pool ($40 per franchise) during Years 1-4 will be withheld to create a Super Pool (“SP”) in year 5, at which point the prize pool will be more than double the previous year's 1-4 payouts. This creates a strong incentive for teams to build for now and for the future. It also creates another incentive for people to stay for full 5 years as they are forgoing paid money if they leave, not to mention the chance at the SP. This concept makes attracting new owners to the league much easier for abandoned teams. The 20% prize pool concept is ongoing – meaning that in Years 6-9, 20% is held again for the Year 10 SP and so on.
Total annual fees: 16 teams @ $200 per: $3,200
20% pullout of funds for Super Pool = $640 removed each year
MFL Site League Fees = $70.00 removed
Weekly High Point winners (13) = $30 each ($390 total)
Division winners (4) = $50 each ($200 total)
Wild Card winners (2) = $25 each ($50 total)
This leaves $1,850 in winnings for the SMDL post season
Champion = $1,000
Runner-up = $600
Third place =$250
In year 5 the pot jacks up to about $5760.
45 players will make up a complete roster. During the 17 week NFL season, the 45 man roster limit will apply (excluding DTS and IR players).
18 players make up a valid starting Lineup, consisting of the following positions:
1 Quarterback
2 Running Backs
3 Wide Receivers
1 Tight End
1 Offensive Flex (RB/WR/TE)
1 Place Kicker
2 Defensive Linemen
3 Linebackers
3 Defensive backs
1 IDP Flex (any position)
Scoring Highlights:
Standard yardage points, 4 p passing Tds, bonus points at 100/200 rr, 300/500 p
Heavy IDP scoring, big play league - 2 point tackles, 4 pt sacks plus .1 per yard, 4 pt ints plus .1 per yard
