New dynasty league. IDP, PPR, Salary, Contract - 40 man roster, 8 taxi, 5 IR

We are using LeagueSafe to manage the money. 

Every 3rd year we will have a "super pool" payout for the top 2 teams. Makes for building a team for now and in the future more attractive as there will be a larger pot. 

This is going to be an awesome league with great longevity.
