Hey Folks,

Anyway, I need 3 owners to fill out this league. This league is called the Ultimate Dynasty Full Starter League. This league is called this because during the regular season, you will have 16 Active roster spots and all 16 players on that active roster must be started. The minimum and maximum starting spots have been adjusted to accommodate this.

**** Pay special attention to the scoring for the TE's and Kickers.
**League fee is $50 and is due right away.
**If everyone pays right away, the 24 round league draft will start on Sunday, August 10th. We will do the entire 24 rounds at one time. I.E. it will start on the 10th and go until we're done. BTW NO players can be put in either the taxi squad or IR spots until 1 week prior to the cut down day of Sept 2nd. I will open up these abilities on August 26th and teams can begin moving players to these spots.
** Starting lineups are 1 QB, 1-6 RB's, 1-7 WR's, 1-3 TE's, 1-2 K's and 1-2 Def's. BTW the kickers scoring has been adjusted to ensure they are relevant in this league. I.E. they only get points for kicks made. There are no negative points for kicks missed. Also the TE's get special scoring.
**Each team will have 16 active roster spots, 6 Taxi Squad Spots and 1 IR spot.
**** As far as the Taxi Squad spots are concerned, you can put any players you want here. Your backup QB, Rookies, or just extra players who are on a bye etc.
**** As far as the IR spot is concerned, you can put the following players here: (IR) = Injured Reserve, (O) = Out, (D) = Doubtful or (S) Suspended. No other players may be put on this spot.
** H2H games during the regular season and playoffs. The top 6 teams in the standings make the regular players and the bottom 6 make the Toilet Bowl playoffs.
**Waivers run like in all my other leagues. One round of regular waiver requests that starts at 1:15 pm EST on Sunday and run until 10 pm EST on Wednesday. Then FCFS waivers starting at 10:15 pm EST on Wednesday and running until 1 pm EST on Sundays.
***** BTW If the draft gets done early enough, I will allow one waiver move right before the regular season starts.
Unlike other dynasty leagues, a team in this league cannot ride a few top scoring players to the league championship. You must have the best overall roster to win in this league. You also have to really work your taxi squad spot to help give you the best chance to win each week. You obviously want to try to eliminate any bye week players from starting each week because it could cost you a game.
