In response to your questions-

When looking at a league, always check the rules>bylaws page. Did you count the $10/week high scoring for last 3 weeks regular season? This is to incease some interest for all teams the last 3 weeks. This should bring prizes to $1130; Site fee is usually around $70-- I have not paid yet. The posted prizes are higher than initial post last year as every thing else rolled back into prizes after costs.

Back-up qbs are more highly valued in a 2 possible QB system, so only rookies®, injured reserves (I), and back-up QBs are on taxis squad and no one can take them. If a back-up becomes a starter, he must immediately be moved to active roster (before a game is played that week).

I personally have never played in a rolling waivers league before, but I do not personally like blind bidding. Many players feel rolling waivers is the next best thing to blind bidding because it may give even the best teams an opportunity at "waiver wonders."

After draft is completed, waivers will be run once weekly until the regular season and will roll. After the 1st week of the season, waiver order will be re-set based on worst-to first, then roll.

With rolling waivers, once you make a waiver pick, you move to last waiver priority. You move up in the priority as other teams select players. If you have the top waiver priority, you do not lose it if you do not make a waiver pick. During the regular season, free agency runs after waivers are completed. This should not change your waiver priority. If the top team does not select a waiver player for several weeks, he may wind up with the top waiver priority. the waiver priority does not re-set each week based on won-loss record.

Yes - large starting line-up-- 12 players, but large roster also (25).

I'm interested as well. Not seeing how you could get to 7 WRs in your lineup- wouldn't max be 6?

Also don't really understand the backup QB on the taxi squad rule....

Good pick-up. Changed in bylaws. (This is a near duplicate of a new dynasty last year-- no one picked it up in that league.)

With the FULL-Flex, many teams want to start a 2nd QB. This increases the value of QB and also back-up QB, due to bye weeks and injuries. Teams can only average 2 2/3 starting QBs. Having your stud's back-up is more important and having your opponents can be also. The commish and other leaguemates keep an eye on the back-up QBs on the taxi squad. If your QB is promoted, the commish or an opponent may email you to advise of the situation. (The back-up qbs on your taxi squad do not have to be your team's starters' backup.) You should move that player to the active roster before that week's 1st game. (if the status changes during the course of a game, the roster move must be made before next week's games.) I have NEVER had to cut a starting QB because he was not activated by someone. I noticed one team had 4 back-up qbs on his active roster at one time last year, likely hoping for an injury to increase opportunity and value.

Happy to have you, if inerested.

So what do you do with the extra $30-$50? You are only paying out $1100, but the league fees total $1200.00. MFL site fees should only be $30-$70, depending on how many discounts you are getting (early bird, FBG discount, Multi-league discount, etc...)

If you read the bylaws, you would see the payout listed as $1130, including $10 per week for top scorer weeks 11, 12, 13.

JUST paid for league- $59.95. Will add in $10 somewhere at some time...
