Draft:

Online - 19 rounds. Tentatively set for 8/28/08 at 6pm EST.

Transactions:

Waiver wire requests: 2 rounds, starting on Tuesday at 12:00am EST and Thursday at 11:45:00 p.m. EST for 16 weeks.

Waiver request order: Each round of waivers is the reverse order of the previous round.

The order will be determined by the team that has the most points scored. In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken by the head to head record, then the overall winning percentage.

Free Agency: Starts Friday at 12:00 am EST and ends Sunday at 9am EST. First come first serve.

Trades:

All trades are subject to a league-wide vote for 2 days. Any trade receiving 7 or more objections will be declined. The only reason a team should object to a trade is due to collusion on the parties included or create an unfair advantage to one team.

Divisions:

3 divisions. Teams that have picks 1-4, 5-8 and 9-12 will be in the same division.

Division winner:

The team with the best record will be the division winner. In the event that two or more teams have the same record, then the team with the better head to head record will be the division winner. The next tie-breaker will be the total points scored.

Wild-card Team: The team with the best record that did not win the division will be the wild-card team. In the event that two or more teams have the same record, then the team with the better head to head record will be the wild card winner. The next tie-breaker will be the total points scored.

Schedule:

14 Week regular season - Play all 3 teams in your division two times and all 8 teams outside your division exactly once

The winner of each of these divisions and the wildcard team will play in the playoffs beginning week 15. The wildcard team will be determined by the team with the next highest record (non division winner). The tie breaker will be the total points score for the year, then head to head record

Seed 1 = Division winner with the best record, then best head to head record, then most points.

Seed 2 = Division winner with the 2nd best record, then best head to head record, then most points.
