New league forming, based on USFL (1 Viewer)

I am starting a new league with team names and logos based on the USFL. The league will be non-IDP but will have contracts, free agency, restricted free agency, a rookie draft and a developmental draft. Scoring is going to be a little bit different to reflect the scoring of a typical football game as much as possible. The annual fee will be $40 with $60 being the first year payment and $20 going to the 2012 season (that way there will always be some payment in advance). All money will be held by leaguesafe. Minus the MFL fee all money will be paid out. The rookie draft fot this year will be determined by dice roll with the highest roll picking their spot, 2nd picking theirs so on and so forth. The developmental draft order will be opposite the rookie draft order. Here are the links for the website
