I haven't heard that.. It'd be really cool if they would have been able to incorporate that in (like the F in Falcons logo etc...)When I look at the new logo, I don't see the Great Lakes.

The shorter back leg sort of has an Erie feel to it.The longer back leg is sort of like Michigan.The head/mane has the Superior feel to it.Am I just seeing things here?

I'm not seeing it, but that doesn't mean it's not there.
