There has been too much violence. Too much pain. But I have an honorable compromise. Just walk away. Give me your pump, the oil, the gasoline, and the whole compound, and I'll spare your lives. Just walk away and we'll give you a safe passageway in the wastelands. Just walk away and there will be an end to the horror.
Hopefully they don't screw it up like everything else Hollywood seems to touch of late.

I'm so stoked about this movie. I've been waiting since '82 for them to make a decent follow-up to the Road Warrior. The visuals from the trailers look awesome!

I'm more excited about this move than I am about Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Interesting that "The Road Warrior" is 100 on Rotten Tomatoes...a score I wholeheartedly agree with.

This one wont' sniff the awesomeness of the original trilogy.

I feel like they missed a prime opportunity here. This seems like it would have been a great franchise to reboot as a TV series.

The word awesomeness and alluding to the Thunderdome in the same sentence does not compute

I'm definitely in, but without Mel, it won't be the same.
That's the only reason I might see it. So long as not a single penny doesn't go into that guy's pocket.
If you start picking movies based on actors personal lives, you may never watch another one.
You might be right. But certain things are especially egregious to me. I don't ask anyone to share that opinion, however.

Meeting a couple buddies who all have small children as well. Tuesday night is half price at the theater near us. $10 for ticket and unlimited popcorn and drinks. Get all the kids in the bed. Hit up the theater with the bros and watch Mad Max! Hell yeah!!!

Will see in regular 2-D this weekend. Tom Hardy is always good and this movie is getting insanely good reviews for a summer blockbuster type movie.

Haven't watched a 3D movie yet. Why pay more for a gimmick?
:goodposting: BUT...

That's the only way to see a movie in Imax, isn't it?
they have movies in regular imax without 3D
They do? Then why did I wear those ridiculous glasses for two hours when I saw Avengers?
no idea but thats why i wont watch 3d movies. dont want to wear that garbage for the whole movie. they have regular imax which is just a huge extended screen playing in 2d. Then they have the imax with the juge extended screen in 3d. 3d is usually a few more dollars i believe.. dont know havnt been to the theater in a long while
