New Orleans at Tampa Bay (1 Viewer)

Wonder what Fox will do...I gotta think delayed Saints-Bucs game going until 8:00-9:00 is better ratings than the Sunday Night cartoons which will be delayed or cancelled for the night.

This safety thing is getting ridiculous
yes
OK, not sure if these are the storms that blew across the Caribbean and rolled across the state but we had massive lightning down here in Miami this morning. 300 miles away but still I can understand the lightning in FLorida, I do think we are the lightning capital of the World.

I wouldn't want not just a player but a fan get hurt because of lightning.

yeah peoples lives arent important
This is all about avoiding lawsuits, not a public service. I have sat through an Alabama - auburn game 20 years with a Tornado warning announced on the PA, and no one left. Now, if there is a flash of lightning within 20 miles they delay games
yeah and back in the day people smoked in offices and seat belts werent required

And that brings about the idea that football cannot be played in the rain. But there is a difference in a storm brewing in Seattle with a steady drizzle no lightning and a Florida storm which could all be lightning with very little precipitation sometimes.

I am glad you agree personal freedoms are being slowly eradicated in America

looks like the game is back on according to the stat updater--- quick question...can I ask anybody who has the chance to actually see the game to comment on how Revis is playing--is he covering colston, moore, graham? etc.

Huddle by the players trying to rally and Schiano does one of those "let me talk" things with his scripted plays in his hands and butts into the huddle, just something subtle you notice and he goes down to one knee to start explaining things to them...

That was just awful... that was a perfectly clean hit. If that's not good, how the heck are they supposed to hit them?

I've seen a lot of bad calls but this one takes the cake for me. If that's not how you sack a Qb than how do you do it? He hit him on the arm hard, I guess go for the knees so he can't walk? If I'm a QB I would rather be hit the way the Bucs DE did it over a low hit or a real shot to the head, he attacked him in the shoulders, perfectly legal.
