Actually our Dynasty League is expanding to 2 conferences. So the second conference will start with it's own dynasty draft and run as it's own league with it's own copy of players. The perks are that the rules have already been ironed out over the last couple of years and the pot will now be twice the size! This is a great opportunity to draft your own dynasty team but still be a part of an existing and successful league.
Some of the highlights of the league:
16 team conferences
40 player roster with 10 Taxi Squad players
Salary cap and contract years, you sign all of your players to the contracts you want
Expanded off-season rosters and preseason cut-downs
Inaugural 44 round dispersion draft (as soon as the league is full)
Yearly rookie draft
Yearly restricted and non-restricted free agency auctions
16 game regular season schedules with double-header weeks
Cross-over games to play the other conference, like the NFL
7 teams from each conference make the playoffs
Playoffs week 12-16
Home field advantage in home games
Starting lineup: Coach, QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, OFlex, OFlex, PK, DL, DL LB, LB, DB, DB, DFlex, DFlex
Side pot with triggered payouts
League is $110 yearly fees plus $200 deposit to ensure replacement owners can be found if an existing owner decides to leave. Fees are $100 to the main pot and $10 to the side pot for weekly and yearly payouts.
