New Support Ticket System from MFL.... What the Hell (1 Viewer)

How do I write them a support Ticket... I keep getting a Box that comes up and tells me to check their Help Forum 1st.

It isn't that hard. Just look through their FAQ section. If their answer doesn't match your question, there is a link underneath it to submit a support ticket.

click on a category on the left. you'll see a "Didn't See Your Question Above? Please review the categories or tutorials on the left-hand side of this page, search the help center, or, submit a question to us here." on the right

"Submit question" and "support ticket" are samething?

I would assume so. Click on that and you get "If you've reviewed all of the support categories to the left, and still cannot find the answer to your question, fill out the form below for prompt help from us!"
