In my league this year, we are experimenting with using 3 defensive players, however the scoring system doesn't reward for tackles.6pt TDs3pt FF/FR/INT2pt Sacks/SafetiesDoes this scoring system place a premium on DE that can get to the quarterback and force a fumble.Who do you guys think are the best defensive players, regardless of position, under this format.Thanks

Without giving points for a tackle you're going to have a lot of guys posting 0 points every week. It will be a feast or famine thing and you'll have someone win a game simply because one of their IDP guys got a sack or something. I honestly wouldn't want that and would award for tackles. At least 1 pt per tackle, .5 per assist (or 1 pt per 2 assists if you don't do decimals).
