No in season cap since Yahoo doesn't allow it.

we should announce when the final keepable waiver run will be. And waivers run twice a week IIRC(forget which days).

Good call!

FAAB waivers run every Monday and Thursday morning.  Let's set the last waiver run for keepers to be the one that processes on Monday, July 31st.  That sets up nicely and keeps things in line with previous years.

Keeper Rules:
 
Keep 9-12 Players each year
 
Player auction value determines keeper price -- the price stays with the player if they were traded, but not if they're dropped.
Players obtained via FAAB prior to Aug 1 may be kept at the price they were acquired for in FAAB
 
Keepers can be kept for up to 5 years as follows:
 
Year 1 -- The year you acquire player in auction or FAAB
Year 2 -- Keep for same price as auction/FAAB
Year 3 -- Keep for auction/FAAB price +$5
Year 4 -- Keep for Year 3 price +$5 more
Year 5 -- Keep for Year 4 price +$5 more -- last year you can keep them.

**ANNOUNCEMENT**

Pump has gone radio silent and the search for an owner to take his place has proved unfruitful.  Therefore, we will be rolling with 13 teams this year and all of Pump's players will be up for auction.

Keepers are due by Friday 3/31.  Please post your guys here as well as checking them off on the Yahoo site.  Everyone should be in the league.  Refresher of the Keeper Rules:

Just a note for anyone referring to the spreadsheet.  All year 2 and 3 guys on there will need to be bumped by 5.  That has not been done, it just shows last year's prices.
