This is great. Jump on them quick Eagles. Score early score often and kick some Cards ###.

E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!!

Here's a math problem for everyone:

Let's say the Eagles chances of winning are 60%. Let's also assume that the Eagles success and or failure during the game are related to my drinking habits. Assuming there are no ties (right Donovan?) I'll estimate the following probabilities:

If the Eagles win my chances of being drunk are 80%. If the Eagles lose, my chances of being drunk go up to 90%.

Given that the game is over, and I am wasted, what are the chances that the Eagles have won the game?

60% according to your scenario. I give the Eagles a 30% chance of winning today so go ahead and start knocking them back.

I don't have a dog in this one, but am really looking forward to it whichever team wins is a great story. I think it'll be a fantastic game.

Cardinals 31-27

that sound you hear is the emergency siren on the cardinals bandwagon. T minus 5 hours to the "abandon ship" call.

:titanic:

Eagles, with the cover

I'm so excited I just peed my pants! :excited: :excited:

lets go Eagles, bring home another Championship baby...
Another Championship?Don't get me wrong, I'm rooting for the Eagles in this one, but what other championship are you referring to? An NFC Championship? If it's not that, you're dating yourself, aren't you?

for the city you donkey. remember the phillies winning this year? i know it was during the election, so you were probably busy posting 15,000 thread/day here, but the Phils did win the WS this year,

I feel the same way, but I am unusually jacked up for a game in which I have no strong favorite. I hope the winner of this wins it all. As a Cowboy fan I'd rather see AZ do this, but I don't have a big hate issue with Philly. I thought the Eagle team that destroyed my Cowboys was about the best team I saw play all year and I am not at all surprised they're still playing. Then Arizona could be such a great story and there's so much under appreciated talent on that defense. I don't know. Turnovers? Last team with the ball wins? One team breaks the other early like AZ did Carolina, and just rolls? I'm much more interested in this one than the other. :excited:

Oh yeah, my bad. I guess. I don't really ever make that connection.

I predict that the winning quarterback of this game will be elected to the Hall of Fame, while the loser will just miss out.

i just don't see how the Cards will be able to score 31 points or any high score that a lot of people who are predicting the Cards to win are prediciting them to score in this game. There only chance is if the Cards defense continues to get turnovers en mass. I don't think its gonna happen.Eagles 28-14.

GLENDALE, Ariz. – Eagles wide receiver Reggie Brown was inactive for Sunday's NFC Championship Game, as Philadelphia continued its recent trend of activating only five wide receivers.

Also inactive for the Eagles were third quarterback A.J. Feeley, cornerback Dimitri Patterson, running back Lorenzo Booker, linebacker Joe Mays, defensive end Bryan Smith, guard Shawn Andrews and tight end Matt Schobel.

Inactive for host Arizona were third quarterback Brian St. Pierre, cornerback Eric Green, fullback Tim Castille, linebacker Victor Hobson, tackle Elliot Vallejo, tackle Brandon Keith, defensive tackle Alan Branch and tight end Jerame Tuman.

That's interesting, all I all heard on the radio in Phoenix this week was how Philly fans were already booking flights to Tampa and not to Arizona. I hope the Philly players are looking forward to next week too..........

I doubt that. Nobody cares about the Eagles outside the Philly area.

The funny thing is I will admit I am not a diehard Cardinals fan. In fact, I moved here to Phoenix 5 years ago and have never gone to a Cardinals game. It is exciting to watch the Cardinals finally have some success but I'm not going to get worked up if they lose. I can't imagine what you are going to do later today if the Eagles get waxed. Eagles fans will be dwarfed at this game. I've already stated that the Arizona fan noise is what is going to win this game for the Cards.
