Ok,
I'm tryinig to figure out the NFC (yeah, I know) and I think the first two are clear (Chi, NO) but then it gets muddy.
As of today:
3. Philly (9-6, 7-4 in NFC)
4. Seattle (8-7, 6-5)
5. Dallas (9-6, 6-5)
6. NY Giants (amongst many at 7-8)
Now if Philly and Seattle wind up at 9-7, Philly gets the nod I believe due to conference records, correct?
Seems like they can finish either 3 or 5.
If Dallas wins the division at 10-6, they are the 3, but right now are the 5 (same issue as Philly).
So the NFC will send a team to Seattle for the WC round, and the div. winner in the NFC East gets the #6 seed.
Did I get all that right?
