It's contingent on the player being OUT for the game.
I believe the NFL releases the injury report on Friday.
Does anyone know about what time this gets released ?
It would be hard to run IR if the waiver wire closes prior to the injury report being posted.
I just can't find any details about when the NFL officially releases this.
