This is two sub par year making picks for the profit in a row. He is under .500 on the season and his bests bets are just hanging on above .500 I have done better them him last year and so far this year and probably before that, but I was not comparing myself to him. Since I started keeping track 4 years ago I have finished every season over 55%. I want to auditions for the profits job so for the rest of the year I will post my picks here each Thursday with four best beats and the lock of the week. Hopefully doing this dose not put the jinx on me.

I never claimed to be a good speller, or typer only that I though I could do a better job making picks then the profit has been the last two years, and so far I am right. Still three weeks left in the season though.

One side note in regards tot he results of the Car NYG game. Both the profit and I picked Car on Thursday not knowing the status of the QB situation for Car. I think we can all agree that nobody in there right mind would give 3 points to bet on a team lead by Chris Whinke. I know the Profit will be recording this as a win so I have done the same so we are on a level playing feild. If you want to call it a loss go ahead and subtract one from the win colum, just do the same to the profit if making any comparisons.

Well the Season is over. I was 12-4 this week the profit was 8-8. I went 50-30 (62.5%) overall the last five weeksmy best bets were 12-8 (60%) and the lock of the week was 4-1 (80%). The profit went 37-43 (46%) over that same period of time.I posted a suggestion of having a subscriber contest next season for picking games and having the winner of that contest take over for the profit in 2008. If you think this is a good idea I encourage you to do the same. I will continue to post my picks here during the playoffs for those who are interested.
