NFL Playoffs Fantasy Football (1 Viewer)

Tried a quick search but came up with nothing...

What is the best and most fun way of setting this up? How many teams max?

Is it best to do total points? Or do you allow for waiver wire pickups and what not?

You only have 12 teams in the playoffs, so 12 QBs. Imo, the optimal size is 6 teams (2 qbs per team), but I've played with 8 and 10 teams.

We do total points and we've drafted anywhere from 12-20 players (including IDPs). No transactions.

I use RT sports for $20, but I'm going to try MFL since it's free. I thought that I saw a commercial for NFL.com's free playoff leagues. You can probably check it out, but it will probably have very limited to no customization.
