NFL Preseason Live (1 Viewer)

Anyone else having an issue getting Preseason Live to work? I keep trying to login and keep getting 404 errors on the website end and all my apps just keep returning "An unexpected error has occured". Curious if this is just on my end or if by some miracle a billion dollar company doesn't have enough infrastructure to support the Preseason Live sales.

They better do something, if this #### is out all night it serves a lot less value to me. I got it literally to just kick back and watch some football. And now I can't even do that, I'm stuck watching this awful Jets Colts game while I could've been watching much more interesting preseason games right now.

At least NFL.com is up and there's about 15 adverts on the main page advertising the preseason live that doesn't work!

I think all of the NFL's technology centers have gone belly up. Don't think they are prepared for this season. Their online support and telephone support systems are overloaded and not working as well.

Lotta love flowing for the NFL tonight.

It's not working for anyone as far as I can tell from the NFL discussion boards. ON and off for a few but for most nothing.

Back on topic: I swear to Christ, if NFL Preseason Live times out my login again I'm going to throw a rock at my TV. It's like every 20 minutes it times out and logs me out of my account and forces me to get up and log back into my computer.

I had problems signing up for the service and never received a response from NFLN. I tried signing up again a few days later and have had no problems since. Still never received any reply from NFLN.

I actually stopped watching the Steelers/giants game last night because the video kept freezing up... extremely frustrating.

I asked for a refund this weekend. They refunded me in full but left my account active until the end of the preseason to view the archives and live games as an apology for the problems.

It was a frustrating experience and took a while to get a hold of customer service but I feel that they admitted the problems and took steps to make it right. I won't hold it against them.

I watched games each night this week and didn't have any issues actually - on PC and on android tablet.

Got the full refund and apology as well, didn't even ask. I did send an email explaining the problems we were all having though. Very nice CS from the NFL.

I only emailed them when I was attempting to subscribe for the service and couldn't. I wasn't even mad but I got a refund anyways

The player search function is not working for me. Each time I have tried it, it has apparently bad markers, and takes me to errant points in the game.

I am surprised to see others have had a response from customer service, as each of my e-mails have gone unanswered.

Yea took me a while to get my email response. I was able to contact them via phone on Saturday after holding for 20 minutes. He told me that my refund was already being processed.

Did you get the automated response email after that, saying a ticket was generated etc…? If not, maybe your email didn't go through.

I did get the automated responses. I am certain they have been overwhelmed with disappointed customers, delaying their response time. I have subscribed for a number of seasons to Preseason Live and Game Rewind (and even the Live Regular Season Games when I was overseas), and I have never experienced any significant issues, so I am hopeful they will get this resolved quickly.

I was on military duty Saturday, so I did not try to access the games Saturday; did they get the live games running properly?

Search is working for me but taking me to the wrong plays. Also getting a lot of freezing even at lower settings.
