Well, I stated Young would suck. Hawk I just believe is terribly overrated, but I've always believed he'll be a viable starter for several years...just not the impact player that GB and some of the prognosticators made of the "Great White Hype."

It's not a terrible list. Any rookie that has earned a starting job could be substituted.

Gostkowski has big shoes to fill.

Oh Brother.You think the #10 pick, playing behind a solid veteran QB who will keep Leinart off the field unless there is an injury, is more deserving of being "watched" than the #3 overall pick who will be on the field within the first 2 months of the season?

Watch Young do what? Hold a clipboard on the sidelines? He'll probably see the field less than anyone else on that list. Even if he does come in he'll be garbage. Why watch that?

Swap him with Norwood or Maroney on the list.

i think they will redo the list after ernie sims blows up shaun alexander...it will probably happen 10 yards downfield but he will blow him up.

and deangelo williams will be top3 depending on when foster goes down

Did you watch any OSU games last year? Hawk is a great LB and I enjoyed watching each of his games last year. So let me ask you, is Vrable all hype? I think in his College game Hawk is actually better than Vrable was. I just can't see Hawk being an average player and if he turns out to be just that I would be very surprised.

The list really is that bad. Ernie Sims and Laurence Maroney, at a minimum, should be on there.
