No Love for Kitna? (1 Viewer)

Anbody but me wondering why Kitna is getting no love at home against the Packers this week? FBG has him ranked 17th... behind guys like Alex Smith (vs. Philly), David Carr (vs. Wash), and Pennington (@Buff).

The guy has played pretty well (65% passing and zero INTs) against two pretty tough defenses (Seattle and Chicago). Granted he doesn't havae any passing TDs, either, but again, against Seattle and Chicago.

I think this week he goes off... anybody else think this?

I think it's possible. At least I hope so, b/c I'm starting him over Delhomme and Plummer.

He's facing a horrible Green Bay pass defense. That's the X factor today.

He didn't finish strong but last week he was like 23 of 25 or 26 or somesuch at one point. That's about as accurate as a QB can be. He's definitely grasped Martz's offense. I'm waiting for Roy to thrive in it and think it's coming soon.

Is this "Shark Pool" quality post? I don't think so...Last time Kitna started a full season in Cincy he passed for 3500 yards with 26 TDs and finished a top-10 QB.

He's played two games in Detroit, so how you can say he's "even worse" is beyond me. Against two top-ranked defenses... he's got no INTs and completing 65% of his passes.

My exact situation as well. the two jakes are totalling negative points after two games for me....so I picked up Kitna to start
