- After a stagnant begining with the defense dominating S. Moss breaks a huge play and Washington the gains momentum mounting a 14 - 3 haltime lead. E#rd Qaurter has Tampa gaining ground as they pull to 14-10 but Field position kills them as Simms is just in effective.
Final - 17 - 10
Jacksonville @ New England
- Jacksonville starts strong scoring TD's on their first 2 possesions sending NE into shock. New England regroups and pulls to 14 - 10 at halftime. After halftime jacksonville again stroms out of the gates to take a 21-10 lead. But Brady comes back to get a quick TD to Branch and another followed by a turnover to give the patriots a 24-21 lead. Scobee misses field goal assuring New England of a win ( as NE scores a measningless TD at the end ! !

Pittsburgh @ Cincinatti
- Eager to prove the 3 weeks prior were A fluke they try and start fast only to have Palmer throw a pick only to become 3 points for Pittsburgh. Cincinatti then goes stagnant as they got nothing going right. Pittsburgh takes a 17 - 0 lead inot the break. Cincinatti comes out firing in the second half and surges to a 20 - 10 score by the fourth. In the fourth Cincinatti cuts Pittsburgh lead to 3 on a bomb to Chad. The got a chance with 2 minutes left only to have Rudi fumble the ball at midfield.

Carolina @ NY Giants
- Carolina pumped after their first win looks to come out strong only to get slapped in the face early and often. Delhomme gets picked early and it's taken to the house . The Eli throw 2 TD passes to end the first qaurter 21- 0 . Second isn't alot better as NY just rolls them to 30 - 7 at the break. In the second carolina does better but not enough as NY rolls.

Division Playoffs
New England @ Denver
- Billed as a great game dissapoints. New England just comes out a little flat and very un New England like. Denver is able to run on them and puts up a big number in the first half taking a 20 - 3 halftime lead. Bill B has a plan and triesd to get back pulling to 20 - 10 but Denver goes on 2 TD drives to end the third qaurter crushing their hopes.

NY Giants @ Chicago
- Chicago is going wild being in the playoffs but NY Giants hit Chicago in the mouth early. NY scores 2 early TD's and Chicago's offense is stagnant getting 10 yards for the qaurter. the second qaurter yield no better results as NY Giants take a 17 - 0 lead inot halftime. The second half the Bears score a TD on their first drive pulling to 17-7 but bears can score no more.

Pittsburgh @ Indianapolis
- No description needed ole fashion ### whooping! Indy just hits on all cyclinders and smokes Pittsburgh from the start.

Then Seattle scores again to close the 2nd making it 17 - 7 at the break. Washington in the second half can't find the offense they had in Tampa Bay as Alexander gets on his treadmill and they close out the win..

New York @ Seattle
- New York does not really have the mustard it had the last 2 weeks as instead of hitting Seattle in the mouth - they get knocked out early. Seattle stuns them with 3 1st qaurter TD's ! going up 21 - 0 at the second qaurter. NY only is able to get a field goal to close the half 28 - 3 Seattle. teh second half had Ginats playing better on both sides as they climb to 28 - 17 at the start of the 4th. An just when they are gaining momentum Eli throws a pick and Seattle takes it to the house ending the game.

Denver @ Indianapolis
- Same ole teams DIFFERENT RESULTS ! Indianapolis plays flat to start the game and Denver gets rolling and Peyton then starts to look scared as he can't get a good rythm. The second half ends and it's 21 - 3 Denver. To start the second though Denver can get no pressure on Manning and he strats to pick them apart pulling the Colts even at 24 - 24 to start the 4th qaurter. Score remains even untill an Elam Field goal late. manning on the final drive fumbles ending Indianapolis's season !

Superbowl
Denver - Seattle
A back and forth offense battle from the 1st snap. defense is forgone in this superbowl as the the offenses go back and forth to a 14 - 14 score to end 1. In the 2nd Denver gets ball control going and takes 21 - 17 lead into halftime. The second half is run by Seattle. They decide to shut the run down and make Plummer beat them. All year Plummer has played great but he gets kittery in the Superbowl and throw 2 early second half picks. Seattle turns them into 10 points making the score 27 - 21 to start the 4th. Seattle then goes down and scores a TD right away making it 34 - 21 . Denver then after a great return scores to make it 34 - 28 with 5 minutes left. Unable to stop seattle from from getting time off Broncos let Seattle score pretty much and seattle goes up 41 - 28. with 2 minutes left somehow Denver is able to get a Touchdown making it 41 - 35. They try an onside kick only to have Seattle get it...
