(KFFL) Judd Zulgad, of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, reports Minnesota Vikings LB E.J. Henderson practiced at middle linebacker with the first team defense Tuesday, May 22.

I know hes not on anyones top 20 list... but hes the most experience out of the Vikes LBs and I think hes makes for a good LB2 in most scoring systems
