Non-ppr Mixon/Diggs/OJ Howard for DFreeman/'18 2nd/'19 1st (1 Viewer)

I have a not very good non-ppr team. Finished 2nd worst this year but don't have my 1st (don't ask).

I give Mixon/Diggs/OJ Howard

I get Devonta Freeman/'18 2nd/'19 1st

I like Mixon the player but not his situation. I'd have to start over at TE.

But I think I could more easily move Freeman for a good pick than I could Mixon. Diggs' non-ppr stock isn't high. And I'm not going to win a league with a TE anyway, right?

What would you do?

Ugh, Go ahead and do it, but I'd seriously consider just dropping out because I don't see any way this team is going to be competitive for many years. Freeman alone isn't going to do anything to help but you need future draft picks to hit and maybe you can trade Freeman for future picks down the road.

I wouldn't do it, I like Mixon more than Freeman.

For me

Mixon > Freeman

Howard > random 2019 1st

Diggs > 2018 2nd

You lose every step of this trade.

Trading for the purpose of trading someone you get in the original trade never works out as good as you think it will.  I would keep mixon, diggs and Howard as they are your best assets for the future.  

It will take time and you will have to get lucky and hit on some later picks but it can be done.  I would look to move Carr and Dalton for additional picks and not worry about qb for the time being.

Never make this trade.  Is Freeman going to put you in contention?  No.  At least Mixon has potential and he's younger than Freeman.  Diggs is solid and Howard could become an impact TE.

As Gally mentioned, look to move Carr and Dalton and REALLY rebuild.  It's going to take time but the reward would be very satisfying.
