Yeah, that was absolutely HORRIBLE. One of the all-time worst calls I've ever seen... he was trying to get out of the Atlanta guy's way and brushed against him! WHAT THE HECK?!

On the contrary-that is the point of this thread.In some cases a holding penalty occurs when it would have had no impact on the play at hand.
