McPherson, the former Florida Mr. Basketball and Mr. Football, was waived/injured by New Orleans in September and isn't on an NFL roster. He might catch on in someone's training camp during the offseason."

Should the Mascot be brought up on some kind of charges for running over this guy and possibly ruining his career?

I imagine it would be difficult to see out of the outfit if somebody on the periphery suddenly appeared in the zone of operation. PicI can definetly see how him driving would be dangerous. Heck, he kidnapped the Seahawk at the game I went to last year.
