About 1/3 of Madoff's stolen money was retrieved (though in all senses the sums there are staggering). I wonder how much of this 400mil we'll get back.

Actually, I was off by half. Madoff's was a $50B fraud, so this is about 1/140th of that, not 1/70th.

But yeah, I don't suppose that a lot of this is going to come back to the government.
