I understand there is an "official" Beckham thread but for those of us still alive in our fantasy playoffs and not interested in sorting through countless posts of debating if he's a "thug," "kid growing up," or if he should be suspended forever, maybe we can get some actual game planning advice from each other here.

Assuming Beckham is suspended after his hearing Wednesday (which its my understanding we will know Wednesday evening- so please save the "can't he play during the appeal process" questions), who are you going with?

Personally I'm torn between Diggs and grabbing Randle. I figure someone has to make up the targets.

I have Travis Benjamin, Willie Snead or Donte Moncrief to choose from. I could probably get Diggs off of the WW, but prior to Sunday he had not done anything for 7 or 8 weeks.

Not sure who. Right now I have them ranked Snead, Benjamin and Moncrief but that probably will change by the end of the week.

I doubt either are on the WW in dynasty leagues 12 teams or more with at least 24 roster spots. I picked up Harris in every league I could. One, in case ODB goes down and two, for the reason that I believe in his talent. I also believe he has more talent than Randle and IMO has a greater chance at a big day.

I'm hoping to grab one or two of these guys in waivers:

* S. Diggs vs NYG -- The volume will not be there, but NYG secondary is terrible. Could get loose on a couple big plays. The ceiling is there. Like the Sunday night game as well. At least I can have hope late.

* M. Wheaton @BALT -- Lousy Balt secondary. BALT may be starting Mallet. Lots of offensive opportunities. On the flip side, Ben may not need to read through his progressions to Wheaton since this D is so bad.

* J. Kearse vs STL -- 7 catches two games in a row. Wilson on fire. #3 WR but just read something that STL is really tough on slot WRS (where Baldin plays) so maybe this is the week Kearse gets a TD.

* D. Harris @MN -- Somebody has to soak up ODB's targets. R. Randle gone.

* DGB vs HOU -- Lousy matchup, but Zack Met likes to throw to him.

 
Picked up Doug Baldwin for insurance purposes in Week 11... It was hard leaving him on my bench the last few weeks, but my starters are Beckham and Julio, no flex..

Rolling confidently with Baldwin if the suspension holds..

 
Scouring my WW I'm looking at:

Randle

DGB

Parker

I'm thinking if I can't get Randle I'll go for Parker. He's been doing quite well the last few week. DGB doesn't have Mariota.

I have Tavon Austin and plan to roll him out. I think he could be a sneaky play. Tough call. Losing OBJ sucks. Hopefully he wins his appeal. Parker has come to life so to speak so he might be a good play.

Guess im going M. Evans, S. Watson, J. Landry. I did pick up R. Randle. I could play Randle in flex or a RB. Haven't decided yet.

 
Don't own ODB this year but I am trying to claim Diggs to keep my SB opponent from taking him. I think Diggs will be a solid play vs. a very lousy NYG defense.

Hoping Dez is productive again with Kellen Moore, and then looking at either K Martin/Jeremy Butler from the WW, or maybe Rodgers or Walford at TE.

 
In my 3 man keeper I cleared all my wr spots of the garbage I had and added Josh Gordon, kelvin Benjamin and jordy Nelson with the thinking that I would never need a third WR- my flex is between Olsen, Reed and gates.

Trying to be slick . Oh well- thinking my opponent certainly will grab every wr he can off of waivers as I have $0 and he's got like $10. So at a minimum randle and diggs are gone. Looking like my wr corps will be Antonio and Nate Washington or DGB.

Parker was OK last week... actually miserable the week before and survived on one big play the two weeks before that... I like Randle or DGB (even without Mariotta).

If someone had offered to bet money on the prop that in week 16 people would be debating AJ Green vs. Ted Ginn for their fantasy lineups I'd probably have called him a sucker and taken the bet.

Love this hobby...so unpredictable.

 
Rolling with S. Diggs.

At least it's a Sunday night game so I can hold out hope that he fills up the box score and championship hopes aren't down the drain until end of day.

NYG's secondary is horrible so he could get deep. Maybe AP gets a little dinged as well on that ankle.

Only other options are J. Kearse and DGB.

 
Rolling with Julio Vs norman... hope he advenges OBJ!

other WR's are Evans Jeffery & M Bryant also all starting.

 
Looks like Ben Watson. Crabtree has been trending down lately and Watson has been more consistent the past few weeks. I hope I survive this week, my 4 WR/TE (1 flex) tandem of Cooks, Julio, OBJ and Delanie Walker was rolling. Not a huge fan of Watson, but hoping he does enough. Just want to get into our week 17 championship.

I'm looking at him as well. Still available and I have Watson/Cooks starting now without OBJ and if Brees is not going to play then I think Tye becomes a much better play than Watson. Cooks just has a high enough ceiling and did well with McCown, so I might keep him in the starting lineup. I think OBJ should have been suspended, but with Brees iffy, this really couldn't be a worse week for him to be out.

 
Need to decide between Wheaton, Diggs, and Parker.

Leaning towards Wheaton with return yards counting in this league.

 
I have Will Tye as my backup TE, so I'll move him into my flex spot. Should do better than Harris I would imagine.

 
Luckily I've had Allen Robinson in the flex spot, so I'm moving him to Odell's WR slot and putting Alfred Morris in at flex.

Likely Julius Thomas. Was considering cmike or bilal throughout the week. Evans & Martavis in at wr. Odb was my game changing flex.
