i think they are quite low?

I don't see enough firepower in Washington to place them too much higher in the pecking order. Plus they are in a killer division this year that will likely feature hard-hitting tough football games.

Last year they ranked 11. which put them in the 2nd tier. And with Saunders, and the improvements on offense... i only see them being better. I think they should at the least be in your 3rd tier. IMO.

...true, but if the Skins fall behind early in the season, we could very well see Campbell starting. This would most surely cause a short-term sputter in the offense.
