Offensive NFL'ers in the CFL..? (1 Viewer)

Seeing that this is a slow time of the year for us F.F. Fanatics I was wondering just who we have here in the Great White North as imports to OUR game?

Not that I'm trying to be a Smart### or anything, just would like to see the talent of who's here and track their progress during the CFL year.

I think that after the CFL is done for the year, if memory serves me right , they may be able to return to the NFL at the CFL's end...?

There is;

Ricky Williams

Robert Edwards.

John Avery.

J. Copeland.

Anyone...?

Jrious Jackson

Tony Simmons

Ricky Ray

Trevor Gaylor

Ken yon Rambo

Mike Quinn

Chris Brazzell

Craig Yeast

Eric Crouch

R. Jay Soward

Spergon Wynn

Robert Baker

These are the names that jumped out at me. I did notice they have a position abbreviation "SB". What does that stand for?

SB= slotbackYou don't see to many TE sets in the CFL. Alot of passing. Alot receivers.

so far most of the previous NFLer's have been named that are now playing in the CFL. But one that jumoed out at me yesterday while watching a game was Quentin McCord WR for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

FYI- the CFL has finally adopted the instant replay :hophead:

How about Dave Dickenson (btw: He would have been a starting quarterback in the NFL if he was taller and bigger). He is a scrawny guy but man is he accurate in regards to throwing the ball...Carl Kidd (DB in the NFL, linebacker in the CFL)

DL Tyrone Williams (played with four NFL teams)

RB Troy Davis

QB Henry Burris (didn't do much in the NFL though)

RB David Allen (Jacksonville) - think he was a kickoff guy
