12 team PPR. My team is at the bottom of the barrel.  I have many holes to fill and I just received this offer:

T.Y. Hilton and the 2.01 rookie pick for my 1.01 pick and Pharoh Cooper.

Would you accept this offer?

No, Hilton isn't enough. You need to get multiple pieces to rebuild. You can trade down and get more picks this year and next with the 1.1. It will have huge value like last years did.

agree with the majority, not enough... Agree with Pastor on if you want to move down to get a few more picks.

The 1.01 pick will gain in value as we get closer to the draft.  Someone will become infatuated with a particular player and will throw a lot more at you to get that pick.  I would hold and let everyone know you are willing to move it for the right price.  No way I make that deal to give up the 1.01.
