Since you have Conner it doesn't make sense to do it. You are safe this year and could end up with two rb1's next year. Lindsay is good but not an RB1 next year.

Wether Bell comes back or not I believe he’ll be backing up Conner. Also you lose the round ahead of the players you keep. I’d lose a first for Bell and Conner went undrafted in my league

If you are drafting late in the 1st Bell would still be ok there, but if you think it will be early in the 1st then it's ok to make the move.

The keeper price for Bell makes this a move I probably make.  You aren't going to get much (if anything) out of Bell this year and Lindsey is a nice high floor RB play to go into your lineup.
