I have Connor and Moore in a non-ppr 12-team league. Both have been frustrating. Got this offer and pondering. Leaning to decline, but curious of opinions out there?

Depends on how strong you believe in Penny. Right now he is healthy and looking good.......as are the Seahawks (surprisingly). If you think that continues I might accept. Taking out the names if you look at Conner and Moore's production they have been terrible. The question is does that continue? If you think it does then accept. If you think they will turn it around then stay put.
