Zadorov playing well?
He'll fit right in.Parmcat said:
Doesn't have to go through draft process? Or already did?The Philadelphia Flyers, the Minnesota Wild, the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Edmonton Oilers are amongst the teams believed to have the best chance to try to get Christian Folin out of UMass Lowell.

Brasky, have read good things about this kid, have you (anyone) seen him play for a scouting report and his NHL readiness?
BIG matchup coming up with Flyers v Rangers.![]()
Looks like the Flyers ineptness at the Garden continues. Oh for their last 7 games and looking to make it 8 with no problem. Hope we don't get these ####ers in the first round. He is a horse. Was surprised he was returned, but not burning a year on a team that is rebuilding was smart. He will be a monster I thinkAaron Rudnicki said:Zadorov playing well?Parmcat said:
Pretty excited about both Sabres 1st rounders from 2013. At the time I was disappointed because I wanted a forward badly but it's nice to look forward to Zadorov and Ristolainen on the blueline for a long time. With Myers, Ehrhoff, Pysyk and McCabe they are in good shape on the blueline. He is a horse. Was surprised he was returned, but not burning a year on a team that is rebuilding was smart. I agree this is the way to build a team for the long haul. You can always find the muckers and sign a decent forward here and there, but you must develop your own DPretty excited about both Sabres 1st rounders from 2013. that 4th line had been perfect the last few games.Hope Mike Smith is okay. Looked bad.
Ryan McDonagh was a monster last night. Sometimes before bed, I forget to say a quiet thanks to Bob Gainey, but not last night. Richards was on another level picking up for Stepan and MSL who had the flu, and the 4th line was amazing.
For so many years, the team has had barely anything of value playing on that line, and it creates such a different dynamic when you get real contribution. We're definitely seeing that now. Those guys have fit into their roles perfectly, and they are roles well designed for them.that 4th line had been perfect the last few games.Hope Mike Smith is okay. Looked bad.

Big win for the Rangers. Three points up on the Flyers with the Flyers having two games in hand.BIG matchup coming up with Flyers v Rangers.![]()
Interesting that for users that haven't adjusted the default settings, this thread is on page 86.Teuvo Teravainen time.
Oshie with a shortie.McCormick gets jumped by 3 Blues, sucker punched in the eye pretty good. Yikes.
Refs layed the hammer down appropriately. Too bad the Wild PP blows.
Another shutout for Tuukka. The Hawks are having a tough time scoring. League leading 7th.what a crapfest in Boston
I'm no help here, sorryBrasky! Christian Folin? Teach me things.
Good puck-moving defenseman with a heavy shot (put one through the net against Rud's Catamounts in the HE quarterfinals). Pretty solid in all three zones. Not a big hitter, but doesn't shy away from contact.I'm no help here, sorryBrasky! Christian Folin? Teach me things.
Boston Fire Dept. named First Stars after tonight's win.For February and March, the Bruins have 1 regulation loss. Since Feb. 1, they have taken 35 out if a possible 40 points.

Probably depends on what happens in the playoffs. Niemi has 1 more year left on his deal and Stalock is an RFA. It's a veteran team and Niemi has won a Cup so I think he'll hold onto the job unless he pulls a Fleury. Can Stalock push for the starting job next season? His numbers are actually much better than Niemi's, albeit with 1/3 of the ice time.
I would - and probably will - bet on the Habs. Which likely means you'll be happy. So Montreal - Tampa in round 1. Home ice all that's really left to be determined. Whatcha got?
I wish Stalock was playing right now. Niemi just gave up a terrible goal. <_<Probably depends on what happens in the playoffs. NYI owner Charles Wang in talks to sell majority stake in NHL franchise. Nothing done yet, no telling if it gets done, but talks underway.
I was at the game tonight and the 1st two goals by the Jets looked pretty bad. Niemi has been pretty damn good throughout the season, but Stalock is a very competent backup.I wish Stalock was playing right now. Thanks DD. Is he NHL ready or need some AHL seasoning?Good puck-moving defenseman with a heavy shot (put one through the net against Rud's Catamounts in the HE quarterfinals). This may help you someWho would the 6th pick in the draft be and what grade would you give him?
Most people seem to think he would benefit from some time in the AHL, but he is definitely a legit prospect. I guess it might all depend on where he lands and what type of system they play (Lowell's system is pretty structured, but more like a pro style than a college team, so that will help).Billy Bats said:Thanks DD. looks pretty normal to me.Is it just my TV, or does the ice look particularly bright? It's actually distracting.
