I was thinking about this and couldnt really come up with a great answer. Seems like he has a little of a few guys. I see a little of all of Williams, Trent Richardson, and a young Fred Taylor or Gore.

Flutie wore #22 at QB. I don't believe the NCAA has uniform-number rules. QBs wearing something other than 1-19 just looks ugly, that's probably why you rarely see it.
