How the hell did you manage that?Traded Adrian Peterson for Jeremy Hill and 1.02 pick (Gurley)
He didn't. Has to be fishing obviouslyHow the hell did you manage that?Traded Adrian Peterson for Jeremy Hill and 1.02 pick (Gurley)

Nice deal12 team non PPR
Gave Charles Johnson
Received likely top 6 2016 1st round pick
Other guy claims that the 2016 draft class is garbage. I honestly have no idea, but it seemed like pretty good value to me.

Ridiculous overpay for odb. I'd rather have Julio straight up, and by a good amount.12-team, start 1/2/3/1/flex. PPR + huge TE premium.
Team A received: Odell Beckham, 1.10
Team B received: Julio Jones, Jordan Reed, 1.06

ARob/2ndA couple of in draft trades last night:

Allen Robinson
2016 2nd (likely mid to late)

Jordan Matthews
Team C Gave:
Todd Gurley
Team D Gave:
Melvin Gordon

Could end up being White but Robinson for me right nowPretty standard PPR league.
Gave:
WR Allen Robinson
Got:
WR Kevin White
Love the White side here.Pretty standard PPR league.

Not a fan of giving up Dez for what is seemingly 3 pretty big question marks. I would want some type of security in at least 1 of those players.Another one from a standard PPR league.
Gave:
WR Dez Bryant
TE Vernon Davis
Got:
WR Sammy Watkins
TE Jordan Cameron
RB David Cobb
Bit of a gamble to give up Dez, but my team is trash in this league and has very little chance of contending. With that in mind, the 4+ year age gap between two guys who (IMO) seem to have pretty similar talent levels was appealing. I've had Dez in this league since before his rookie year, when I gave up Randy Moss and Dwayne Bowe to get him. Not expecting an imminent decline, but his value has peaked.
I like Cameron quite a bit if he can stay healthy and Cobb is an intriguing throw-in.
BTW I had earlier offered Dez + a 2nd round pick for Abdullah + a late 2016 1st + a late 2017 1st (team is stacked) and was denied.

Dez. No way I deal him for that group. I like Watkins but way too much uncertainty other than thatAnother one from a standard PPR league.

Julio by quite a solid margin but I am lower on Matthews than mostFFPC 12-team TE Premium
Gave Mathews and 2 mid to late 1sts
Got Julio
My team is a top 2 or 3 with Julio. I love Mathews, but needed a true #1 IMHO.
As a side note, I acquired Mathews and Ingram for Cooper after the draft. So, this effectively means I traded Cooper and 2 1sts for Julio and Ingram.
The pick is the best piece imo so i will take that.A traded Chris Ivory
B traded Charles Sims as a 2nd round rookie in 2016 (likely early, as in #11-15 range).
I like Foster side but understand...12 team PPR Dynasty
Traded:
Eli Manning
Arian Foster
2016 2nd rounder
Received:
Ryan Tannehill
Bishop Sankey
Starting QB's after trade
Tannehill
Brady
P.Manning
So looking to the future (and I all in on Tannehill taking the next step and I own Jarvis Landry on this squad for the 10 point TD hook up) at both Qb and to a much lesser degree RB as I thought Sankey was worth a future 2nd rounder to give him a shot.
Foster getting hurt was big. I just don't want to deal with his injuries anymore. May prove to be a big mistake later in the year....but I want to watch Tanny on a team I own.
I like Wilson side.Pretty big trade happened last night in one of my dynasty leagues. I think I favor the side getting ODB/Lacy but Luck in a start 2 QB league is pretty valuable.
10 team ppr start 1 qb, 2 rb, 3wr, 1 te, 1 super flex, IDP
Team A traded:
Andrew Luck
Randall Cobb
Alfred Morris
Team B traded:
Russell Wilson
Eddie Lacy
Odell Beckham
I'm the guy getting Beckham. Definitely an overpay by market value, but I'm pretty happy with it. I knew the guy I wanted at 1.06 would still be there at 1.10, (he was). I already had Gronk and Eifert at TE, plus I owned Jordan Reed in every league and didn't really mind divesting myself of a little bit of that risk. Really, the biggest cost to me was the opportunity cost of what I could have gotten in a different "move down" trade from 1.06, provided I could have even found another buyer.Ridiculous overpay for odb. I'd rather have Julio straight up, and by a good amount.12-team, start 1/2/3/1/flex. PPR + huge TE premium.

So it really just comes down to Beckham vs. Julio. Originally this offseason, I preferred Julio, who I ranked as my #1 dynasty WR. But as I'm drilling more and more into the numbers, I changed my mind. Projections for Julio and Beckham are essentially exactly the same this year, fantasy-wise. Julio is nearly four years older than Beckham and not even projected to outscore him this year. That's a *TON* of upside on the Beckham side. Beckham's got a shorter track record, but Julio has his two foot surgeries. Beckham's the riskier of the two, but the potential payoff if he's really as good as he looks is 50% greater than Julio's. If you look at the top 30 fantasy receivers through age 26 of the last 30 years, (a group Julio is part of), then on average they had used up about 45% of their career fantasy value by that point. If you drop Jerry Rice out of the sample, then that jumps to about 55%. Julio's productive fantasy career might well already be half over, while Beckham's is just beginning. And, like I said, Beckham is expected to be just as productive as Julio on the short term, to boot.
So, again, coming from someone who opened the offseason with Julio as his #1 dynasty WR, I get that it's an overpay according to market value. I think it's a solid win for me in terms of actual expected value, though. And the fact that I already owned 3 Julio shares and 0 Beckham shares was just a nice bonus on top of that.
I think you did pretty well. Hopkins and Julio are the best players imoTo follow up on my previous trade of getting Julio for Mathews and 2 1sts, Same owner, obviously trying to rebuild just did this deal with me.
He gave: Hopkins
I gave: Wright, Bowe, and 2 1sts (top 4 pick and bottom 4 pick)
So, effectively, I gave up J. Mathews, K. Wright, Bowe, and 4 1sts for Julio and Hopkins.
Ertz for me by a solid amount12 team, 0.5 PPR, start 1/2/3/1
I gave: Oliver + Reed
I get: Ertz
Oliver was going to be cut from my roster next week. Looking to target a high upside backup for my team at TE.
I'm pretty sure it was Adam H who did the study and showed that there wasn't any player worth 4 random firsts.I think you did pretty well. I like Luck a ton in this league, but you're getting a top 5 rb and top 5 wr in return. And Wilson is no slouch.
- Luck side for me in start 2 QB
I would take Ivory if I needed a backA traded Chris Ivory
B traded Charles Sims as a 2nd round rookie in 2016 (likely early, as in #11-15 range).
I like the first 2 deals for youA few Devy league trades from a rebuilding team:
Gave: Matt Forte
Received: 2016 1st and 2016 1st rd Devy pick
Gave: Andre Ellington
Received: 2016 1st and 2016 1st rd Devy pick
Gave: Julio Jones
Received: Devin Funchess, Laquon Treadwell (Ole Miss WR), and Tyler Boyd (Pitt WR)

I like what you ended up withSteel Curtainrod said:QB/3WR/2RB/TE/K/DT 1PPR
Swung all these during live draft yesterday
Gave: ARod,McCoy
Received Cam, Watkins and 1.1
Then gave same team: 1.1, Fitzgerald and Crowell
Received: Evans, Mccoy
Later gave: Mccoy and Foles
Received: Russ Wilson/Gore
Gave: Roddy White
Received: Spiller
Gutted out a lot of fodder, but ended w WR stable of: Jeffrey, Evans, Watkins, Jordy, Matthews, etc. Losing Rogers hurts
Bowe is just too damn tempting for a rebuilding team to pass up.ghostguy123 said:Who rebuilds by trading away hopkins??I think you did pretty well. Hate to say it, but think you'll regret this as soon as this year in ppr.12 team PPR.
Gave: David Johnson
Got: Alfred Morris
Don't feel great about it but desperately needed someone to plug into my lineup.

I wouldn't consider Matthews and Hopkins a push. In fact, Hopkins might be as close to Julio as Matthews is to Hopkins for me.Matthews and Hopkins are a push.
You gave Kendall wright and four firsts for Julio.
I love Julio but that's too much imo
I did, although as I said, I view Hopkins as a not-trivial get in his own right. If you break that down more as Matthews/1st for Hopkins and Wright/3 1sts for Julio, it looks a bit closer.I'm pretty sure it was Adam H who did the study and showed that there wasn't any player worth 4 random firsts.
I think I take Mathews/Wright and the picks here.
