Honestly Trump made a travesty of the whole thing, it was impossible to follow, I couldn't keep track of who was doing well. But I liked Rubio and as a person Carson comes across as extremely decent, but I'm not sure either of them are ready to be president. Fiorina obviously was great in Debate I. After that I'm justFreeRepublic has it:
1. Cruz
2. Trump
Bush is last.

that any of these guys should be president. I thought the Christie-Paul debate was fun and though I am no fan Christie crushed Paul IMO and we've seen him do that before. Bush was just mush.Mein Fuhrer, I can walkYou know he's paralyzed, right?Krauthammer scares me.
I don't know if that's true, at least for me. I had no interest in him before the debate but he did make some good points. Not enough to get my vote but I feel less negative about him.The big loser here is Bush... not Trump.... Bush was number 2 and did absolutely NOTHING to distinguish himself
That's true but let's face it he's was handing them the shovel and the dirt.Fox can't wait to bury Trump
It's like the first round of the fantasy draft. You can't win it now but you can lose it. Paul made major missteps tonight. Really bad night. He and Christie did themselves no favors by mixing it up like that. Christie lost his cool there. Mistake. They may have both taken themselves out. It was like Butterbean vs. Glass Joe there for a minute. The big loser here is Bush... not Trump.... Bush was number 2 and did absolutely NOTHING to distinguish himself
Yeah, has been forever. You know he's paralyzed, right?Krauthammer scares me.
That was nuts.Ted Cruz just said he wants to direct the department of justice to persecute religious liberty.
I saw him as effectively "the real" frontrunner, trump aside, and I thought he had a slightly better than Rick Perry performance. A lot more 41 than 43 as a personalityI don't know if that's true, at least for me. I had no interest in him before the debate but he did make some good points. Not enough to get my vote but I feel less negative about him.The big loser here is Bush... not Trump.... Bush was number 2 and did absolutely NOTHING to distinguish himself
Going to be interesting to see how Donalds ego takes this. He may just jump to the third party now. They did railroad Trump with those loaded questions. Seemed like every question they asked him focused on something he did or said in the past that would embarrass him when they brought it up. A couple others were asked one tough question about their record but every question Trump got asked was meant to put him on the defensive. I almost felt bad for him.
He's a frontrunner in name only. He's going to have to earn it and I think he did ok tonight.I saw him as effectively "the real" frontrunner, trump aside, and I thought he had a slightly better than Rick Perry performance. Absolutely, he feels outcast, treated unfairly, and he can't control the message in these debates. GOP in 2016 is dead if he does this, even 5% kills them.Going to be interesting to see how Donalds ego takes this. Heaven help our nation. The focus group favorites are Ted Cruz and Mike Huckabee
His teeth color matches the hair.I can't stop looking at Luntz hair now that someone pointed it out....
And there is what is wrong with the country in one fell swoop. The focus group favorites are Ted Cruz and Mike Huckabee
I'm fascinated by this... I don't buy this as being representative of Republicans... I'm not a republican but I respect them one the whole... these people seem like they eat lead paint chips through the debateThese Republican focus groups are pretty scary.
I was incredibly impressed by Kasich, but not a single mention on Fox, or by the focus group. They all seem to love Cruz and Huckabee. I'm scared for this country.I'm in for a Rubio/Kasich ticket
and he buried himself with his answers. His closing statement was pathetic.
I thought the Iran deal would get flushed out a bit more. For instance, an alternative.really can't believe the meat of this debate... how are abortion and gay marriage/trans talk taking up ten percent of the discussion while there is one question on race
id say more redundant than pathetic ...he won people over at the beginning of this journey with that rhetoric...he needs new materialand he buried himself with his answers. His closing statement was pathetic.
Huckabee, from what I saw, gave great answers and is an evangelist of epic proportions. And there is what is wrong with the country in one fell swoop. The focus group favorites are Ted Cruz and Mike Huckabee

Underestimate him in debates at your own risk, really.

Lindsey Graham covered the alternative pretty thoroughly in the first part of the debates.I thought the Iran deal would get flushed out a bit more. That focus group looks a little flawed to me. Not sure it is representative of the whole Republican Party. Also there's always a group dynamic aspect to those things. A couple of loud guys in the middle start ranting about how great Cruz was and the others seem to fall in line. I don't put much stock in it.What those things are good for is the meter thing, and pointing out the sound bytes that resonated most. And there is what is wrong with the country in one fell swoop. The focus group favorites are Ted Cruz and Mike Huckabee
I have a better chance at being president, sorry.Huckabee, from what I saw, gave great answers and is an evangelist of epic proportions. And there is what is wrong with the country in one fell swoop. The focus group favorites are Ted Cruz and Mike Huckabee

Great. Laugh at him with the rest of the country when he places in Iowa. I'm not talking about who I like; I'm talking about the debate as a spectacle. The moderators were straight up laughing at him.Huckabee, from what I saw, gave great answers and is an evangelist of epic proportions. And there is what is wrong with the country in one fell swoop. The focus group favorites are Ted Cruz and Mike Huckabee

Where can I send my donation?I have a better chance at being president, sorry. I mean....I'd be pretty great and all. Clearly intentional. If you notice, the one question on race was directed to Carson who they knew would diffuse the issue so they could move on to the God topic.really can't believe the meat of this debate... how are abortion and gay marriage/trans talk taking up ten percent of the discussion while there is one question on race
