Jeb: We have to deal with this mess that someone created!
It can be. Like I said in my edit above I have no problem with the road example. My point is, eminent domain is necessary. In the case you mentioned that's a local government issue. Not surprising in NO.My line is the situation in the Kelo case and what Trump pulled in AC. Here in NO after Katrina the government absorbed a score square blocks and drove out renters, home owners, people who had rebuilt. 150 year old neighborhood. When you see the guts torn out the middle of your town so some politically connected individuals can make a load of money please let me know how that is.So is your line at buildings and not roads? What about schools? Infrastructure such as a pipeline, railway? Keep in mind, rail also involves for profit uses but is a necessity. No kidding. That's a public use, not a casino or a mall.Do you drive to work every day? If you do, you're using eminent domain property.No. People should not have their property taken by the government for private profit. Screw that.Trump is right on eminent domain, the crowd can boo if they want. It's idiocy to think otherwise.
Look at his massive expansion of Medicaid in Ohio. He's really not cutting govt.In what way is Kasich a big government guy?I disagreeHe's a big government guy. The problem with this country isn't that it's mismanaged. Which is his argument. It says a lot if that's really the case.. It's like the right has become to demand some sort of purity like one would of a Middle Eastern bride. As he recently said he should be in the Democratic primaryI like that Kasich guy. He's got experience at more levels than any candidate. Why isn't he higher in the polls.
The Republican base sees the problem as the govt is to big.
You know where he stands.Trump "I would bring back a helluva lot worse than waterboarding" At least the guy says whats on his mind
Riggghhhttt ...Probably his best moment of the night. But he seems to not answer questions almost intentionally to get the follow up question asking him to answer so he gets more time.He finally gave a proper reply. It was a softball from Martha.Let's give Rubio three chances to say the same thing here?
So your complaint with him is that he took the federal dollars for Medicaid in Ohio rather than having his constituents pay for it all, in addition to their federal taxes?Look at his massive expansion of Medicaid in Ohio. He's a manager.
I'm just explaining why he's not catching on.
Thought so. Your name gave it away.I like him for governor of ohio.Hey quick hands, you a Kasich supporter? It's what makes him endearing.Another bad joke by Cruz?
Ha I get this one.I'm looking forward to the end of the debate to see if we get a shot of Cruz hopping into the Dragula and tearing off.
It's not a complaint. So your complaint with him is that he took the federal dollars for Medicaid in Ohio rather than having his constituents pay for it all, in addition to their federal taxes? He's not the most charasmatic personality. But I think part of his issue is how far to the right extreme the party has moved and he's not seen as "pure" by the right.Look at his massive expansion of Medicaid in Ohio. Allan Dershowitz said he's the smartest student he ever had. High praise.Cruz is a smart guy, I have to give him credit. I dont agree with his politics but he's sharp.
Lol.Thought so. Your name gave it away.I like him for governor of ohio.Hey quick hands, you a Kasich supporter? It's what makes him endearing.Another bad joke by Cruz?
I didn't know that. High praise indeed.Allan Dershowitz said he's the smartest student he ever had. High praise.Cruz is a smart guy, I have to give him credit. I dont agree with his politics but he's sharp.
I agree. His problem is that he feels the need to tell you every ten seconds just how smart he is.Cruz is a smart guy, I have to give him credit. I dont agree with his politics but he's sharp.
That is.Allan Dershowitz said he's the smartest student he ever had. High praise.Cruz is a smart guy, I have to give him credit. I dont agree with his politics but he's sharp.
I've actually read many times that's why he's so unpopular. He's the smartest guy in the room, but also the biggest dooshI agree. No it's notJust turned this on. This is the first time Republicans have been asked about heroin.
I've said this on the board a few times, but if you really want to know why people dislike this guy, look up my friend's Twitter account. @clmazin He lived in a room with Ted for 10 months and has uncommon insight into why he's so intensely disliked.I've actually read many times that's why he's so unpopular. I've been saying it all along, he's a prime VP candidate. Ohio would go red in 2016, which is a must win for them. He's also tough for the Dems to beat. Believes in healthcare, amnesty, and has a positive messageHe is,God Kasich is way too positive for this crowd
That may have really changed his narrative. Especially when I think the moderator was expecting a wonk ish answer.Incredible.A good human "real" moment for Cruz
Thanks for the reminder and the Twitter account!!! I've heard of that story but haven't looked into it.I've said this on the board a few times, but if you really want to know why people dislike this guy, look up my friend's Twitter account. @clmazin He lived in a room with Ted for 10 months and has uncommon insight into why he's so intensely disliked.I've actually read many times that's why he's so unpopular. He's a good debater but he can't run away from his NJ record. He's been living in NH for the better part of a year and still polling at 4%.Leaving it on the field, he's been good.bolzano said:Christie is on fire tonight
Carson really effed that up but it was clear once he got his first question that he did not hear his name called. What a cluster.
2012 was his year. He's a good debater but he can't run away from his NJ record. He's been living in NH for the better part of a year and still polling at 4%.Leaving it on the field, he's been good.bolzano said:Christie is on fire tonight
