So the Russians got busted.. clear cut, flat out, no two ways about it - effing doping cheaters.

The only thing more obvious to me than the fact they cheat on a systemic level, is that there is NO WAY IN HELL the IOC upholds the ban. No chance Russia isn't in Rio.. none, zip, zilch.
