I just don't understand Hitchcock. Stastny and Brouwer really shouldn't be getting that much more ice time over Schwartz and Tarasenko.

Stastny should be demoted to the freaking 3rd line. One assist this entire series. What a bust he has been since coming here.
The forward numbers are pretty close when looking at even strength time (Tarasenko does not play on the penalty kill), but it's still not enough. Tarasenko played 21 minutes on Thursday...in a double OT game. That is unacceptable.

Capitals look to be in total control. I'd just keep cycling and wait for the Flyers to come out of their shell and counter attack. Just looks like the Caps can do no wrong right now. Holtby looks to be seeing the puck well and in total control. I know it only takes one, but I'd play like the Caps are right now.

Flyers finally showing some life. Actually saw a cycle. Not sure how much of it was the Flyers trying to keep the pace down but way too much 1 on 1 for them this series.

Gritty showing by the Flyers, isn't their time yet but it will be in a few. Looking forward to the future. This experience can only help the young guys. Was more than was expected of them this season.

Congrats Caps. Better team won but at least the Flyers showed up. Don't think the series will be remembered by game 3 at least. Next series should probably be the ECF but should be pretty nasty.

Nice season for the Flyers and made a good showing in the series. They played very well down the stretch. Just not enough offense vs. Washington with 5 goals plus one empty netter in 6 games.
Now Washington meets Pittsburgh in the Eastern Conference finals.
Not gonna lie, I like the Pens in 6. They're playing too well and caps D has too many holes. Will be up to Holtby to steal the series if they're going to win
