I got the 2nd pick in my league, scoring and rosters go as follows

QB get a point for every 20 yards and 6 per TD, as RB/WR/TE all get a .1 for every yard, for example, 118 yards is 11.8 points. and 6 per td.
At #2 I am hoping for Adrian Peterson, but if he is gone, I am confused as to what to do. Foster seems the logical choice, but hes missed games and practices already with a hammy and has had durability issues before. Charles has a difficult schedule, Ray Rice is a guy i like A LOT, but will Ricky steal TDs? And Baltimores offense isnt very potent.
At the 2/3 round turn, I am considering going Vincent Jackson/Phillip Rivers? Or is that too early? I like Rivers tons this year. QB seem to go early in my league. Or do I go WR/WR and have possibly Fitzgerald/Nicks or Desean/Vincent at WR and get a guy like Schaub later on?
What are some of your guys' strategies and/or fantasies at the 2 spot?
