Official Ahman Green Thread (1 Viewer)

No real news, but Yahoo is projecting Green for 0 points. Not sure if that means anything.
It was that way yesterday, too, though, so i don't think that means anything....still hoping.... :lmao:ETA - with Boldin and Mason out, now I REALLY need him to play!! C'mon, buddy!!!

Saw the tail end of a crawl on NFL Network saying Green is not expected to play today. Waiting to see it come around again to verify....
Saw the same thing - they were parroting the Houston Chronicle report that he is questionable but unlikely to play.
The ESPN Fantasy Insider show on ESPNews said that while his knee is getting better, the Texans are likely to hold Green out today.

ESPN News Fantasy Insider show just said he will "probably not play". Texans being cautious with him for the long haul.

stupid emmit smith just said he thinks ahman green is playing today. but i think theres a better chance that he plays for the texans than green

I don't think I will put this down as a definite source. I want to see the inactives list first.

Has anyone seen the Texans' inactives? RotoWorld had Green as being active today before their server crashed. I haven't seen the list of inactives anywhere yet.

Oct 5 According to the Houston Chronicle, coach Gary Kubiak said that Green has "practiced some" but would be a game-time decision for Sunday's game against Miami.

Advice: Green, who leads the team with 149 rushing yards, was inactive last weekend against Atlanta because of a knee injury. Ron Dayne rushed for 62 yards on 15 carries in his absence.

STATS LLC

Oct 5 Megan Manfull, of the Houston Chronicle, reports Houston Texans RB Ahman Green (knee) participated in most of practice Friday, Oct. 5, but not all of them. Green is doing better and will be a game-time decision Week 5.

But Emmitt "Sammy Morrison" Smith said he expected Ahman to play!!! Can we officially consign him to "worst ESPN hire ever" status now?

Great - now which injured stud will I drop to have an active player for my roster.... :)

I thought Irvin was bad back in the day but Emmitt surpasses him as the worst. Congrats, emmitt.

Andy, would you update the thread subtitle to show "Inactive"? It would help folks who are refreshing to not have to click in here.
