There is no line up yet for Balt/Bos? I am not sure why.

I like the over in that game quite a bit when I do get a line. I think it should be at 10 or 10.5?

I like Tampa +113 today. Towers has some bad splits on the road. Hammels has been decent, needs to stretch it out a bit but he has been okay. Think Tampa gets it done as home dog today.

Large Card today and it is also kind of chalky which is unusual for me, but it is what I got:

Col/Fla Over 9.5 -105: Both starters are pretty bad and both teams can score runs;

NYM -115: Great Value IMHO

CHC -145: Good Value on Hill, particularly against a banged up Philly squad that is trotting Moyer to the Bump

Detr-120; Detroit is the best road team in MLB, Oakland is being left for dead, Bonderman is not as bad as his last three outings would show

Seat -129: Great Value on King Felix IMHO

Also looking to add but have not punched yet:

SF -105: Lincecum against a suddenly struggling LA club; I think you right here JTC;

Shout out to the Syndicate: Why do you like Philly? I find myself opposite of ya'll on that one.

Ok, big cards are bad. 3-4-1 (-1.29) yesterday, 15-17-1 (-2.77) overall...

Two plays tonight...

Arizona/San Diego Under 8 (+105) - Both teams in the bottom four of the league in scoring runs and the top four in preventing them. Pitching park, positive number, I'll take my chances.

Philadelphia Phillies (+135) - They've won 9 of 11 (admittedly against Pit and Was but...), just simply taking the hotter team with a decent number.

Good luck.

Pettitte seems high to me...will put a unit on that at a whopping +220.

Bannister over Boof at that price. BONSER?

Cubs look good here. Hill is hot.

The Brewers game is interesting. Brewers hit lefties 30 points higher. Mets hit righties 30 points lower. That would point to the Brew Crew at home here. And Vargas has been pitching well to boot. But Perez shut the Brewers down earlier this year giving up only 2 hits in 8.1, while Vargas got rocked, albeit last year, by the Mets TWICE. So with both pitchers hot, the under looks pretty good in this game. However, Vargas had the good fortune of facing the Pads and the D-backs of late, so his numbers are suspect and I expect him to revert to form.

So I think the Mets are the play, with a lean to the under.

Lastly, agree on los Gigantes (biggest play). Hendrickson gives up 755 tonight....but at least he is going to get the #### booed out of him.

GL!

Just like the +130 on a hot team. Philly is hitting like .300 over the last 10 games. The only thing that scares me is that they are a little banged up but I'll take a shot here.

Another tough night last night...

Liking Texas today at +168- Westbrook favored this high is a joke. Hafner is not in the lineup today (not that he has been a big factor lately but still not in the lineup). Cleveland's bats are cold, think Texas can pull off a sweep here.

NYM/MIl O9.5 -110: I like both offenses to continue to score runs here

SD -1.5 +100: I think SD breaks off of the snide here bigtime with Peavy on the hill

Tex/Clev O 10 -130: Hotter than heck here in Cleveland, both pens taxed from last night and I do not think much of either starter; Editted to add: Thanks for showing today with your sticks today, Texas: ;)

Bos -130: Gutherie will continue to come back to earth; and I think that this is good value on Boston

You may be onto something here, but i am passing..... G'luck

Just missed another big day because Randy Messenger obviously didn't get the message that he is a STOPPER. Fix the bill on your lid, kid. Love the white-guy, thug, straight outta high school look, you mother ####### #####-bag.

Please, don't shoot the Messenger! :goodposting:

Took the Mets and Cubs...and hooked 'em up.

You can just see the Cubs passing the Brewers, can't ya? Sometimes, I'll parlay two teams that I think are coinciding with a rise and fall. This was not totally the case today, as I liked the matchups anyway, but it didn't hurt.

That one hurt last night. Could have made a difference for us as well. Thought we looking good when we got an insurance run in the 8th but forget about it.

I was up 3 units with @ 4 to win 3.5 on that one...thought it was over. Didn't get in a Baltimore bet today though, so that helps.

0-2 (-2.00) yesterday, 15-19-1 (-4.77) overall...

If nothing else, schedules like today force me to keep my card light....which is always a good thing with me. I can't get to the afternoon games and the evening schedule is sparse tonight.

Cincinnati/Washington Under 9 (+100) - Bacsik's been pitching very nicely, over his last three starts his ERA is under 2 with less than a hit per inning. Dumatrait's making his debut tonight, so who knows what you get, but (whether there's any truth to this or not...probably not) I tend to like the bats to be quiet when facing a pitcher for the first time.

Houston/Atlanta Under 10 (-110) - Both teams have been over in 4 out of 5 and with the pitching matchup this one screams over too. I hate games that scream at me.

Los Angeles Angels/Oakland Under 9 (-130) - Probably too much juice to be worthwile, but Gaudin's been under in two-thirds of his starts this year and Oakland can't hit a lick so why not?

Won't be playing at all this weekend, as I'm hopping in a car bound for Montreal first thing in the morning. Hoping to leave town a winner tonight.

Good luck to everyone else.

Played this as well. Dumatrait had 10 wins in AAA this year. WHIP was around 1.3, ERA 3.5. Needs to keep his walks down but I do like the logic of facing a team for the first time and its not like the Nationals put an offensive fear in you.

up 2.7 units on the day.......

I was on this to. I am on a serious losing streak now.

As is the syndicate. We are having a pretty rough week.

No plays since last Friday, but coming back with

Anaheim EVEN

Boston -110

Tampa -117

Might double up on Boston, that looks like an incredible line.

Be careful there, Boston has lost 5 Straight in Seattle and is headed to the west coast from the East coast, facing a hot seattle team that had yesterday off............ just my.02 and yes, I will be on seattle

I agree with AB, Boston travelling across the country is a tough spot. They don't usually do that great on these west coast road trips anyway. I think Seattle might be the play here but I couldn't back Horacio.Seattle is also tough at home.

Paul Schreiber, the ump in the Chicago game, is doing the worst job I've seen all year. I would not bet a game if he's behind the plate again. Zambrano, who was pitching well, broke some walk total for himself, while throwing a no-hitter (I think into the 5th). I saw strikes called balls that you wouldn't believe. Z was furious, obviously. I actually think Lou took him out because it was going that way.

Such a ####### joke. Yes, I bet the Cubs. Loser!

The rest of the card:

CWS +130: This is a fade of Detroit who is not very good at home and nice value with Buehrle IMHO;

Balt/TB O 9 -105: Shields has been in a steady decline and Cabrera is nothing to write home about

Seattle +101 - Spoken about earlier

But Horacio isn't. It looks like he is, which is what I think gives Boston some value here.I don't like east-to-west trips either, but a god-awful lefty against the Red Sox for almost even-money is too good to pass on.
